If you're the type of person who goes on vacation for peace, quiet, and an upgraded experience from your daily life, look no further than this beautifully-appointed saltwater pool home in quiet Palmetto, Florida.

While staying in this little piece of paradise, you'll be a pleasant and scenic 25-minute drive from the beaches of Anna Maria Island (the best beaches on Florida's Gulf Coast, in our humble opinion), 35 minutes to St. Pete Beach (if you want a different beach vibe, you'll have options), 6 minutes to waterfront restaurants and shopping in Ellenton and downtown historic Palmetto, 25 minutes to Sarasota International Airport and 45 minutes to Tampa International Airport.

This beautiful home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate 9 people - 4 adults and 4-5 children. 

​

Even though we highly recommend you explore the Palmetto/Bradenton/Sarasota/Tampa area during your stay, this house has literally everything you need - you might never leave during your stay!

​

The outdoor pool deck feels like your own private 5-star resort, with fabulous hardscaping, a heated saltwater pool with a swim-up bar, jetted heated spa, fire pit, and plenty of shade or sun (depending on how hard you're working on your tan - but don't forget the SPF). With plenty of seating areas, you'll use this outdoor space from sunup to well after sundown.

For convenience's sake, rinse off in the private outdoor shower, and handle your #1 or #2 in the way Mother Nature intended - on the only outdoor toilet we've ever seen. 

​

Step onto the screened-in lanai and have a seat at a dining table for 8 or a large sectional couch. Watch TV, play games, read, have a drink, or take a shady nap.

​

You'll also find all the other necessary outdoor amenities for the vacation of a lifetime - pool floats, a gas grill, oversized Jenga and more.

​

Not that you'll ever want to go inside, but if you do, you'll find a comfortably-appointed living room, dining room (with space for 8), breakfast bar, a roomy kitchen with upgraded appliances, washer and dryer, spacious master suite with a king-sized bed and a tub/shower combo, two guest rooms with a queen-sized bed and full-sized bunk beds with a twin trundle that the kids will love, and a beautifully upgraded guest bath and a stand-up shower. A pack 'n play and high chair are also available.

If you ever decide to leave the property to explore the beaches, you'll find two giant beach umbrellas (don't go to the beach without these), 8 folding beach chairs, beach towels, beach mats, sand toys, and a cooler.
